UNHCR has declared Ukraine a Level 3 emergency – the highest level we have.
In light of the rapidly evolving humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, UNHCR is working with authorities, UN agencies, displaced community groups and partners to provide desperately needed humanitarian assistance.
